Grocery list builds a printable shopping list of ingredients for this week’s selected meals.

To create the grocery list:
1.  Select the meals you want to cook this week by clicking the box next to the meal title.
2.  Click "Update Grocery List".
The grocery list can be modified by selecting or deselecting meals and clicking "Update Grocery List".

1 4 oz. can diced chilies

Dry Goods
2 c. brown rice
1 c. white rice

Meats
1¼ lbs. skinless, boneless chicken breast
1 1¼ lbs. package sausages
1 lb. ground turkey

Dairy
4 oz. shredded cheese
½ dozen large eggs

1 10 oz. box frozen corn kernels

Spices and Seasonings
cumin
ground red pepper
